I don’t have all the answers — far from it! I’m still growing as a leader, learning how to pastor a thriving worship team, write fresh, Spirit-led songs, and navigating the fun journey of worship ministry. But one thing I do know, worship has the power to transform lives, and I’m passionate about helping churches build worship teams that thrive.
At Alive Church, I have the privilege of overseeing worship across six locations in the UK. Our central location alone is home to 70 worship team and Production team members representing 15 different nationalities, spanning the generations.
As a songwriter, I’ve had the honor of writing alongside incredible artists like Chris McClarney, Chris Eaton, Nick Herbert and Amy Grant, and I love crafting songs that inspire authentic worship.
